The Hatsuko / Hinode Area Studios beneath the Keikyu train tracks from Hinodecho to Koganecho Station,
studios, open spaces, etc.

An annual art festival rooted in the local community, which started in 2008, will take place under the theme "Fictive Communities Asia."
38 young artists from Japan and other Asian countries will exhibit works in and around the Koganecho area.
