	作者略歴 Brief record	大学在学中から86年まで『ポパイ』、『ブルータス』誌で主に現代美術の記事を担当、その後フリーランスで美術、建築、デザインの分野で精力的に執筆、書籍編集を行う。東京の居住空間を自ら撮影した『TOKYO STYLE』（93年、京都書院）、日本各地の奇妙なスポットを取材した『ROADSIDE JAPAN 珍日本紀行』（93年より雑誌『SPA!』に連載、98年アスペクト刊）は各方面で話題に。第23回木村伊兵衛賞受賞。 Born in Japan in 1956. Lives and works in Japan. Tsuzuki began his career as an editor and writer when he was in college. He worked for the magazines "POPEYE" and "BRUTUS" from 1976 to 1986, dealing mostly with contemporary art. Later, he became a freelance writer and editor for magazines and books on art, architecture and design. He gained attention in various fields for his photography books "TOKYO STYLE" (Kyoto Shoin, 1993) and "ROADSIDE JAPAN." "ROADSIDE JAPAN" is a serial that appeared in the magazine "SPA!" from 1993 and was published by Aspect Corp. in 1998. The book "ROADSIDE JAPAN" won the 23rd Kimura Ihee Award.
